Canada Bay Club is a licensed premise accommodating a range of different uses including cafes, restaurants, function rooms, bars and gaming areas. PDC Consultants was engaged to prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report to support a Planning Proposal (PP) to rezone an adjacent residential lot to a car park. Following approval of the Planning Proposal, PDC Consultants was engaged to prepare a new TIA report for a Development Application (DA). The DA involved extension of the existing car parking to include the rezoned lot, expansion of the Club building and new porte- cochere for drop-off / pick-up of patrons.

The Eastwood Hotel is a licensed premise accommodating a range of different uses including cafes, restaurants, function rooms, bars and gaming areas. PDC’s Director was involved in the preparation of a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report to support a Development Application (DA) involving an expansion of the Hotel building and new three-level car park having some 45 car spaces.
PDC’s Director also acted as an Expert Witness for the Client noting that the DA proceeded to the NSW Land and Environment Court.

The Venue Alexandria is a licensed function centre located within Sydney Corporate Park, comprising some 2,500sqm Gross Floor Area (GFA) and maximum capacity of 1,000 patrons. PDC Consultants’ Director was involved in the preparation of a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report for the Development Application (DA). The TIA included collection and analysis of comprehensive traffic and parking data and SIDRA Intersection modelling of key intersections in the vicinity of the site.
