EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

At the time of PDC Consultants’ involvement, Liverpool West Public School (School) operated with some 750 students. PDC Consultants was engaged to prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report to support a Master Plan for the School involving an increase in capacity to 1,060 students and relocation of the Autism Advisory & Recovery Service located at 88 Memorial Avenue, Liverpool, to the subject site. The TIA included collection and analysis of comprehensive travel mode, traffic and parking data and SIDRA Intersection modelling of key intersections in the vicinity of the site.

Mainsbridge School for Specific Purposes is a school for students with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities. At the time of PDC Consultant’s involvement, it was proposed that the existing School, located in Liverpool, would be relocated adjacent to the Warwick Farm Public School.
PDC Consultants was engaged to prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report, Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) and Green Travel Plan (GTP) for the Development Application (DA). Following the approval of the DA, PDC Consultants was engaged to provide design advice relating to the car parking layout and to prepare a Design Compliance Statement for the Construction Certificate.

At the time of PDC Consultants’ involvement, Domremy College operated with some 780 students. PDC Consultants was engaged to prepare a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report to support a Development Application (DA) which involved a new library and school buildings, and increase in student capacity to 810 students. Following approval of the DA, PDC Consultants was engaged to prepare of a Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) and prepare a Design Compliance Statement relating to the car parking layout for the Construction Certificate.
